Accounting Manager
Job Summary
The Accounting Manager in the Finance Department will handle daily operational tasks including AR and AP, perform precise data entries, and assist with financial schedules and tax submissions. The ideal candidate holds an Accounting degree or diploma, possesses strong Excel and accounting software skills, and is meticulous with a positive attitude. Responsibilities also include supporting statutory compliance and undertaking ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entries in the accounting system
- Manage daily AR and AP operational tasks
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial schedules and reconcile accounts
- Support quarterly GST filing and corporate tax submissions
Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Excel
- Experience with accounting software

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entries in the accounting system with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
- Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial schedules, as well as reconciling accounts.
- Support quarterly GST filing, corporate tax submissions, and other statutory compliance matters.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Meticulous, with a positive attitude and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime when required and immediate availability or a short notice period preferred.
