Job Summary
The Singapore National Olympic Committee is seeking an experienced finance leader to head our Shared Services Office. This role involves leading a team of Finance Managers to deliver high-quality financial management services to National Sports Associations. The position also includes secondary responsibilities for HR coordination within the Shared Service team.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to the Finance Manager team.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex financial and governance matters.
- Engage with NSA leadership and senior management across SNOC and HPSI.
- Oversee appointed shared service providers in finance, accounting, and audit.
- Support workforce planning and performance management as part of HR coordination responsibilities.
Requirements:
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years at senior or leadership level in a shared services or multi-stakeholder environment.
- Professional qualification in CA, CPA, or ACCA is required.
- Experience in the public sector, statutory bodies, or not-for-profit organisations is a strong advantage.
- A collaborative, decisive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop and inspire a team.
