Required Skills

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking systems
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to manage front desk operations, appointments, and customer enquiries while supporting daily wellness centre activities and ensuring excellent client service. Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and deliver excellent customer service to create a positive first impression - Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media enquiries to address customer needs - Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently to optimize daily operations - Register new customers and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records for smooth service delivery - Explain wellness services, treatment packages, memberships, and promotions clearly to inform customer decisions - Process payments accurately and issue receipts to ensure smooth transaction flow - Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction - Coordinate with therapists, trainers, and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery and operations - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of reception and waiting areas to provide a welcoming environment - Perform daily administrative duties and prepare reports to support centre management - Support marketing campaigns and conduct customer follow-up activities to enhance engagement - Achieve customer satisfaction and membership sales targets where applicable Preferred competencies and qualifications - Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent - 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred - Experience in wellness centres, spas, clinics, fitness centres, or hospitality industries is an advantage - Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems - Ability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule - Fluency in English; Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with customers
