Job Details

Key Responsibilities Analyze monthly technology costs, identify key movements and variances, and reconcile costs between finance reports and source records. Review and validate CAM allocations, ensuring costs are charged in line with approved methodologies and attribution rules. Verify supporting documentation, including invoices, POs, contracts, consumption reports, and approvals. Confirm costs are allocated to the correct entity, cost centre, or project, and identify any anomalies, duplicate charges, or incorrect mappings. Establish and manage a monthly cost review cadence, including controls, reporting, action tracking, and governance oversight. Prepare concise management information (MI) reports covering cost positions, key movements, CAM changes, risks, and actions. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and drive actions to closure. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience in cost management, finance control, FP&A, or performance management, preferably within Technology or a regulated environment. Excellent reconciliation and financial analysis skills. Familiarity with cost allocation, chargeback models, and CAM methodologies. High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes across multiple teams.
