Job Summary
Coordinate recruitment activities and support daily HR and administrative operations. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and assist with leave, attendance, and payroll administration. Support general office administration and liaise with external service providers as needed.

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening and interview arrangements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with leave, attendance and payroll administration.
- Coordinate employment-related documentation and records.
- Support office administration, company documentation and general administrative matters.
- Liaise with external HR, payroll and professional service providers when required.
- Assist with the implementation of HR and administrative procedures as the company expands.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience, preferably in an SME or growing business environment.
- Experience supporting recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Experience maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation, leave and attendance matters.
- Ability to coordinate multiple recruitment and administrative matters independently and follow up with candidates and employees.
- Good understanding of basic HR administration and employment documentation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
