This senior commercial leader will develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts, build long-term executive relationships, and drive adoption of advanced manufacturing solutions across customers’ technology roadmaps. The role requires strong semiconductor-market knowledge, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to work effectively with engineering, applications, service and business-unit teams. Key Responsibilities: - Own and deliver annual revenue, growth and strategic-account objectives for the assigned territory. - Develop account plans for major semiconductor manufacturers, foundries, OSATs and related ecosystem partners. - Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across executive management, operations, process engineering, yield, quality, procurement and R&D. - Identify new business opportunities, qualify customer requirements and lead complex sales pursuits from early engagement through commercial closure. - Position the company as a strategic partner by aligning solutions with customers’ technology roadmaps, manufacturing challenges and investment plans. - Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, contract reviews and forecast management in line with internal policies. - Collaborate closely with applications, field service, product management and operations teams to ensure strong customer support and successful account execution. - Monitor market, competitor and technology trends; provide clear intelligence and recommendations to regional and global leadership. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and account activity in the CRM system. - Lead, coach and develop the local sales organisation where applicable. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous. - Typically 15+ years of sales, business development or account-management experience in the semiconductor industry. - Proven experience managing strategic semiconductor accounts and closing high-value, technically complex opportunities. - Sound understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, process development, yield improvement and customer decision-making processes. - Established network within semiconductor manufacturers, foundries, outsourced assembly and test providers, or related technology partners. - Strong commercial judgement, negotiation capability and experience managing sales forecasts and revenue plans. - Ability to translate technical customer needs into compelling business value. - Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills. - Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
