Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Produce marketing collateral, including patient educational brochures, product posters, social media copy, and email campaigns.
Events & Roadshows: Support event planning, product launches, continuous medical education events, and retail roadshows.
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with external creative agencies, printers, media partners, and sponsors to deliver projects on time.
Performance Tracking: Monitor digital marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and compile monthly ROI reports.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, medical technology trends, and consumer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience (healthcare, medical device, or retail experience is a strong advantage).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
Soft Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, strong multi-tasking skills, and close attention to detail.
