Job Summary
Develop and manage corporate and healthcare communications content, including articles, reports, social media, and digital platforms. What you'll be doing
- Develop and manage corporate and healthcare communications content across articles, newsletters, reports, publications, social media and digital platforms
- Translate complex medical, scientific and research information into clear, engaging and audience-friendly content
- Plan and manage social media content calendars, including copywriting, creative development and engagement monitoring
- Create and edit video and visual content for campaigns, events, education programmes and institutional storytelling
- Design presentations, digital assets, event collaterals and educational materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Support integrated communications campaigns covering healthcare research, education and innovation, from content planning through to performance tracking
- Develop campaign content and creative assets that communicate the impact and relevance of healthcare innovation to different audiences
- Coordinate communications and publicity for scientific conferences, symposiums, seminars, forums and stakeholder events
- Work with speakers, vendors and internal teams on event programmes, registration, publicity, materials and on-site coordination
- Develop event communications including EDMs, invitations, social media content, presentation decks, write-ups and post-event highlights
- Support healthcare education programmes across clinical, research, nursing and allied health teams, including programme communications, scheduling and stakeholder coordination
- Track participation, engagement and feedback to evaluate communications and programme effectiveness
- Explore and introduce AI, automation and digital content tools to improve creative output, workflow efficiency and communications processes
- Work closely with clinicians, researchers and internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, relevant and aligned with organisational priorities
- Support institutional reporting, accreditation, funding submissions and other strategic communications initiatives
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Communications/ Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ Marketing/ Media/ Journalism or related studies
- 2 - 4 years of working experience in corporate communications, content development, digital communications, events or integrated marketing communications
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Experience managing social media content and digital communications
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing or other creative tools
- Experience supporting corporate events, conferences, seminars or stakeholder engagement activities
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with healthcare, medical, research, scientific or education-related organisations will be advantageous
