Job Summary
Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing nursing education, training, and professional development programmes. Develop and review training curricula based on clinical practice and training needs. Assess nurses' competencies regularly to ensure they meet professional and quality nursing standards.

Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree in nursing or equivalent
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board practising certificate
- Valid BCLS and AED certification
- At least 5 years clinical experience
Job Details
Assist the Assistant Director, Nursing Education & Training in planning, coordinating, and implementing nursing education, training, and professional development programmes.
Assist in developing and reviewing training curricula based on clinical practice and training needs.
Assess nurses' competencies regularly to ensure they meet professional and quality nursing standards.
Identify training needs and support the delivery of education and competency development programmes.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements where necessary.
Provide guidance and support to nurses in their professional development.
Conduct performance appraisals for junior staff within the department.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in nursing or equivalent.
Post-basic Specialty Certificate in Nursing Education or Masters in Nursing Education is an added advantage.
Possess valid Singapore Nursing Board practising certificate for Registered Nurse.
Possess valid BCLS and AED certification or BCLS and AED instructor certification.
At least 5 years clinical experience as a Senior Staff Nurse or Clinician.
