Senior Business Control Executive
Job Summary
This is a Senior Executive role focusing on business control, financial reporting, and analysis in a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will handle monthly journals, expense monitoring, variance analysis, and accounts receivable management. Additionally, the position involves ensuring compliance with accounting policies and supporting budgeting processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journals, S&A reports and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Monitor and analyse S&A expenses, budgets, forecasts and financial KPIs
- Manage accounts receivable and customer credit assessments
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
Required Skills
- Degree in Finance/Accounting related
- ACCA certified
- Financial analysis and variance reporting
- Accounts receivable and budgeting experience

Job Descriptions
Prepare monthly journals, S&A reports and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Monitor and analyse S&A expenses, budgets, forecasts and financial KPIs.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend action plans to address risks and opportunities.
Manage accounts receivable, overdue accounts and customer credit assessments.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including management reporting and KPI analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and financial procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors and business operations on audit matters and financial reviews.
Support financial system implementation and interface projects.
Review operational expenses and employee claims, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by the Business Controller/Manager.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accounting related
ACCA certified
