Fund Accountant

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Fund Accountant to support fund administration services for external fund managers and institutional asset owners across Asia. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting client reporting and fund operations. This position requires flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts, including occasional support on Singapore public holidays. Early morning shifts from 8:00 AM may be required. Key Responsibilities - Review and validate daily, weekly, and monthly NAV calculations for investment funds. - Ensure accurate and timely NAV delivery in accordance with accounting standards and agreed service levels. - Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support smooth fund operations. - Prepare and maintain operational procedures and documentation. - Identify, escalate, and resolve operational incidents and exceptions. - Support new client onboarding, fund migrations, and system testing. - Work closely with clients and auditors to meet reporting requirements and deadlines. - Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements. Requirements - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Fund Accounting or Securities Services. - Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and NAV calculations. - Experience with Multifonds is an advantage. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and operational excellence.
