Senior Trade Finance Executive
Job Summary
PERSOL SINGAPORE is seeking a Senior Trade Finance Executive to assist in daily banking and financing activities, including working capital loans and trade financing. The role involves liaising with financial institutions, preparing financing documentation, and supporting trade finance operations such as Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in banking facilities or trade finance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily banking and financing activities, including managing working capital loans and trade financing.

- Collaborate with the finance team on fund arrangements, data consolidation, and basic financing cost analysis.
- Handle finance-related administrative tasks, including report preparation and internal coordination.
- Monitor banking policies and financing market developments relevant to the company's operations.
- Facilitate ongoing communication with banks, financial institutions, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in banking facilities, trade finance, or related areas.
- Familiarity with banking loan processes and trade finance instruments, including LC, BG, TR, and working capital.
- Basic financial analysis skills and ability to interpret financial statements and associated data.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for effective liaison with banks and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and focused on execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage pressure, and accommodate travel as required.
