Job Summary
The Architect/Architectural Associate will collaborate with Project Directors throughout the architectural consultancy process, from design to project administration. This role involves liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design quality and authority compliance. The position also requires overseeing on-site progress and addressing site-specific matters.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Architecture
- 3+ years professional experience
- Healthcare/medical project experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Directors on all areas of the architectural consultancy process including design, preparation of presentation materials, design documentation, project management and project administration.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Oversee progress of on-site works and attend to site matters.
- Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Architecture/Architectural Studies.
- Registered Architect with Board of Architects Singapore preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in architectural consultancy.
- Have experience in building projects for healthcare/medical industry.
- Conversant with local building codes and regulations.
- Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop.
