Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounts for the company and manage the finance team.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting timetables.
- Assist in implementation of management and administrative financial systems to provide structure for sustained business growth.
- Responsible for the monthly financial reports on timely basis.
- Manage day to day operational activities including general ledger, AP, AR, inventory control, project costing, fixed assets & cash management.
- Perform quarterly GST reporting and submission.
- Assist in annual statutory audit and budgeting and forecast.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary for statutory filling duties.
- Responsible for Corporate Income Tax computation – ECI & Tax Computation and IRAS submission.
