Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers. This role is ideal for fresh diploma graduates who are eager to gain experience in customer service and retail operations within the skincare industry. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing appointments, and maintaining store presentation.

- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Help clients with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and emails professionally.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
### Stay Updated & Informed
- Keep up with new products, services, and offers.
- Gather and share customer feedback for continuous improvement.
### Store Presentation
- Support in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
### Requirements
- Fresh Diploma holders (any field) — no experience required.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
- Able to work retail hours: Weekdays: 11:00am – 9:00pm, Weekends/PH: 10:00am – 8:00pm.
- 8 off days per month.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in skincare and wellness is a plus.
- Open to Singaporeans only.
