Buyer 1-Year Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a Buyer for a 1-year contract role in the East Area to manage procurement activities. The position involves processing Purchase Orders, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring delivery schedules using SAP. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure operational requirements are met.
Responsibilities

Required Skills

Job Details
Job Title: Buyer (1-Year Contract, East Area, immediate starter)
Salary: $4,000 - $5,000/month
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the purchasing of spare parts, components, and materials to support business operations.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved pricing and supplier lead times.
- Coordinate with suppliers and provide the latest drawings, specifications, and BOMs when required.
- Monitor supplier deliveries and update order schedules in SAP.
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to support production needs.
- Review engineering drawings and product specifications to ensure accurate purchasing.
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery, quality, and technical requirements.
- Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Use SAP and Teamcenter systems for daily procurement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
- Possess experience with SAP is required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is an advantage.
