Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products from concept through production.
- Create 3D CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Improve existing products by enhancing performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost.
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver successful products.
- Support product testing, manufacturing, and new product introduction.
- Research new technologies and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Visit customers or manufacturing partners when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with 3D CAD software.
- Experience in connector or high-speed interconnect product design is an advantage.
- Knowledge of product design, manufacturing, and product development processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and eager-to-learn mindset.
