Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-driven Packaging Designer to create compliant labels, leaflets, and cartons for TCM and health supplements. The role requires balancing brand aesthetics with strict regulatory standards including HSA and GMP requirements. You will collaborate across departments to ensure print feasibility and material suitability while maintaining design assets.

- 2+ years experience in packaging design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID).
- Knowledge of printing processes and regulatory labelling.

Position: Packaging Designer (Pharma / Health Supplements)
Responsibilities:
- Design packaging materials including labels, leaflets, cartons, and in-store posters.
- Ensure all designs comply with HSA, GMP, and export-market regulatory requirements, including bilingual EN/CN labelling.
- Coordinate with marketing, regulatory, procurement, and production teams to ensure print feasibility and material suitability.
- Manage cost control for packaging materials.
- Track industry trends such as sustainability and UX.
- Maintain and organize design templates and asset libraries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Packaging Design.
- 2+ years of packaging experience, preferably in pharma/healthcare/medical device industries.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID) with the ability to deliver high-quality drafts independently.
- Solid knowledge of packaging structures, printing processes (offset/flexo/digital), and materials.
- Familiar with pharmaceutical labelling rules such as ingredient lists, warnings, and bilingual layout.
- 3D/rendering skills (C4D, Blender, ArtiosCAD) are a plus.
- Good English proficiency for reading regulatory documents and fluent Chinese for supplier/internal communications.
- Strong eye for detail, multi-tasking abilities, and effective cross-functional communication skills.
