Finance Business Partner
Job Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Business Partner will drive business performance analysis across sales, profitability, and operational metrics for ASEAN markets. You will develop dashboards and KPIs to support regional decision-making while analyzing commercial data to uncover growth opportunities. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and present financial models to senior stakeholders.

- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional teams to support strategy execution
- Prepare business cases and financial modelling for new product lines and investment opportunities, presenting insights to senior stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting with at least 6 years of working experience, including 1-2 years commercial stint
- Experience within healthcare or distribution industry will be highly advantageous
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident to present financial to business leaders.
- Strong analytical capabilities to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders/heads of department
