Japanese Speaking BD Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts. - Proactively develop new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives. - Conduct customer meetings, business reviews, and commercial discussions to understand customer requirements and strengthen partnerships. - Support sales planning, forecasting activities, and business development strategies. - Work closely with internal teams to address commercial matters and ensure timely decision-making. - Prepare and manage quotations in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines. - Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and ongoing business opportunities to drive conversion and customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of customer activities, sales pipelines, and account developments. - Collaborate with customers to review demand forecasts and support effective supply planning. - Coordinate customer and supplier onboarding processes, including account registration and documentation requirements. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Sales Support within the electronics, semiconductor, or industrial sector. - Experience in quotations, order management, forecasting, and customer account support. - Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Japanese language skills will be advantageous for supporting Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
