Technical Recruitment Consultant

What You'll Do - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to successful placements - Recruit talent for across the Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, and Life Sciences sectors - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients - Support business development activities through market research, outreach, networking, and client engagement - Contribute to recruitment and sales initiatives that drive business growth What We're Looking For - Driven, motivated, and eager to achieve results - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Enjoys working with people and building professional relationships - Organised, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities - Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow - Recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development experience is an advantage but not essential - CEI certification is a plus, but training can be provided
