Operations Director Aerospace
Job Summary
The Operations Director will lead manufacturing operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, focusing on operational excellence and productivity. This role involves managing end-to-end factory transfers, including site setups, and overseeing production, supply chain, and quality initiatives. The position requires strong expertise in CNC machining and aerospace manufacturing, along with the ability to lead regional teams and manage P&L responsibilities.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand manufacturing sites
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, and KPI performance
- Manage end-to-end factory transfer and relocation projects, including site setup in Thailand
- Oversee production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and budget management
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Develop and mentor operations leadership teams across the region
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of operations management experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Precision Engineering manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in CNC machining for complex components
- Proven experience managing factory transfers, multi-site operations, and P&L
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
- Open to frequent regional travel
