Job Summary
The Tax and Finance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. This role involves managing tax filings, supporting budget preparation, and conducting variance analysis. Additionally, the position focuses on tax compliance, audit support, and active participation in regional finance projects.

Job Description
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements in line with IFRS and local statutory requirements
- Prepare and submit financial statements, tax filings, and statutory reports in a timely manner
- Support budget preparation (bi-annual) and perform variance analysis against actuals
- Handle tax-related analysis and assist in audits and compliance matters
- Perform monthly account reconciliations
- Strengthen tax compliance through process improvements and advisory support
- Partner with internal stakeholders on tax risks related to business transactions
- Support regional general ledger (GL) activities
- Participate in finance projects and ad-hoc assignments
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or tax-related functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
