Job Summary
The SAP Finance & RE-FX Consultant will lead transformation and implementation projects with a focus on real estate and lease lifecycle processes. This role involves configuring SAP modules, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring seamless system integration. The consultant will also manage project delivery timelines and mentor team members to support capability development.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Finance and RE-FX implementation projects
- Manage real estate and lease lifecycle processes

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Finance transformation and implementation projects with emphasis on RE-FX.
- Drive end-to-end real estate and lease lifecycle processes including contract management and reporting (both lease-in and lease-out scenarios).
- Configure and support other SAP FICO modules including AP, AR, GL, AA and/or PS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into SAP solutions.
- Ensure integration between RE-FX and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Manage delivery timelines, scope, and quality assurance.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Mentor team members and support capability development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
- Strong SAP Finance experience with deep hands-on RE-FX expertise.
- Hands-on expertise in AP, AR, GL, and AA modules.
- Proven experience leading SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and lease accounting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and RE-FX.
- SAP or finance-related certifications (CPA, ACCA).
- Experience in large ERP transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
