Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager specializing in waterproofing solutions. The role involves promoting products, providing technical support to customers, and driving business growth. You will develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills
- Civil/Chemical Engineering or Architecture degree
- 2+ years in construction/building materials
- Waterproofing industry knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell waterproofing solutions to contractors, engineers, architects, and building owners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while developing new partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Technical Support & Consultation
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide technical consultation regarding waterproofing solutions and applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge to support consultants, architects, and engineers.
Reporting & Site Activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.
- Participate in site mock-up and testing when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/building materials industry.
- Experience in waterproofing or construction sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
