Group Finance Manager
Job Summary
The Group Finance Manager reports directly to the CFO and oversees the full spectrum of financial and management accounting. This role involves financial reporting, tax compliance, and team supervision to ensure accurate company performance analysis. The position requires experience in group consolidation and listed company reporting standards.

Job Description:
- Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of financial and management accounting, which includes providing timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of the company’s performance.
- Preparing financial statements to ensure smooth accounts team daily operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute audits.
- Preparing ECI and corporate tax reporting.
- Account reconciliation and analysis and coordinate monthly closing.
- Implementing policies and procedures.
- Providing services in conjunction with the FP&A function.
- Supervising Accounts executives and Cashiers.
- Oversee account payables, account receivables, general accounting, and fixed assets processes.
- Handle Group Consolidation with multiple Overseas entities.
- Experienced in Listed Company reporting.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
- Chartered Accountant is preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting, and at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Good working knowledge of FRS, Consolidation, Taxation.
- Confident, professional, and able to take stress.
