Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer enquiries through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and website leads
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Recommend suitable corporate gifts, apparel, bags, drinkware, and event merchandise
- Use Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to place clients’ logos onto product images for simple mock-ups
- Coordinate confirmed orders with our production team
- Assist with delivery arrangements and customer updates
- Build good relationships with corporate customers
