Job Summary
This role involves supporting the sales team through business development data management, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales pipeline records, client and competitor information, as well as market intelligence data.
- Responsible for improving operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and preparing reports and presentation materials for HQ.
- Maintain internal databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying manual processes and implementing automation solutions such as Power BI and Power Automate.
- Prepare meeting materials, tender-related documents, and presentation decks.
- Ensure proper documentation and data management in compliance with the Company’s Management System.
Required Competencies
- Min 3 years of experience in developing dashboards using Power BI and creating workflow automation solutions through Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives and practices.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related disciplines.
- Prior working experience within the construction or engineering industry.
