Job Summary
The Finance Associate will support the finance department with daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and budget analysis. Responsibilities
- Assist the finance department with daily accounting tasks, including voucher entry and maintaining ledgers.
- Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in handling invoices, reimbursements, and payment requests, ensuring compliance.
- Participate in budget preparation and track and analyze budget execution.
- Assist in organizing and compiling financial data, providing data support.
- Assist in completing audits, tax matters, and other finance-related tasks.
- Opportunities for rotation in finance, legal, human resources, administration, supply chain, customer service, and after-sales departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, taxation, finance, or related fields.
- Familiarity with basic financial knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and tax laws.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and financial software.
- Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, with strong execution skills, clear logical thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
