Technical Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using React.js. - Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices. - Drive technical decisions and ensure high-quality code through reviews and troubleshooting. - Mentor and guide developers, fostering a strong engineering culture. - Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, QA, and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Ensure applications are responsive, performant, and aligned with business requirements. - Oversee full application lifecycle delivery from planning to deployment. - Work within Agile environments to deliver enterprise-scale applications. - Ensure alignment with security standards and best practices (e.g., OWASP). - Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and workflows. Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. - 6–8 years of frontend development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Technical Lead role. - Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and responsive development. - Experience with Next.js, Redux, REST APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD, Git, and Docker. - Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in Agile environments. - Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with micro-frontend architecture and/or React Native. - Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Background in fintech, banking, insurance, government, or enterprise environments. - Knowledge of application security and OWASP best practices. - Relevant certifications in frontend development or cloud technologies.
