Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating new RFQs, and ensuring efficient communication between clients and internal departments. The role involves processing sales orders in SAP, performing cost analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Additionally, the position focuses on developing new customer relationships and supporting the Key Account Manager with administrative and operational tasks.

Required Skills
- Diploma in Engineering/Manufacturing
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Ability to interpret 2D/3D drawings
- Experience with SAP and PO processing
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up with customer on new RFQ.
- Manage daily operating efficiency of assigned accounts, focusing on inter-departmental dynamics and customer requirements (including NPI, Quality of Products & Services).
- Develop new customers who could benefit from our products.
- Prepare sales quotations and sales reports for the Account Manager.
- Ensure product on-time delivery with high quality.
- Assist the Key Account Manager with cost analysis and cost control.
- Process sales orders, update SAP system, and ensure effective flow of information from customers to relevant departments.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors to achieve department objectives.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in product design, project management, or plastic tool making in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with coordination activities between manufacturing sites and design centers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to plastic injection molding, metal stamping, and assembly.
- Experience in managing customer service operations in a manufacturing environment, including support functions such as PO processing, RMA, and complaints.
