About the role We are hiring a specialist with experience in IT, commercial satellite operations, advanced micro/containerized data centers for spaceindustry ground stations, and M&A work within these sectors.This role responds to a sharp increase in enquiries and engagements relating to post-acquisition integration and the restructuring of existing group companies, particularly in the infocomm technology, aerospace, and data center sectors. It complements our existing consulting services, including Business & Strategy, M&A Advisory, and HR advisory. Job Description 1. Serve as a core member of post-merger integration (PMI) teams for companies acquired by listed IT firms. The scope is wide, coveringstrategic matters such as corporate culture integration and synergy creation, as well as management reporting, business planning, marketing, hiring plans, personal data protection compliance, bookkeeping, and tax filing. Immediately following an acquisition, you will be expected to carry out and complete the Day 100 plan, which is frequently the deciding factor in whether a PMI succeeds. Your responsibilities will include determining what can be achieved within 100 days, setting priorities and deciding what to set aside, managingteam members, and coordinating between the buyer's and seller's management, all with the mindset and pace of a listed company executive or a founder-owner. 2. Provide strategy consulting to multinational enterprises(MNEs) in the IT and aerospace sectors and to high-growth startups backed by prominent investors. You will develop a clear understanding of each client's business model and workflows, analyze their financial statements, and, drawing on on-site interviews, advise on how to correct and improve their sales strategy, compliance practices, and software engineering. As the work spans everything from specialized areas such as IT software and network improvement to company-wide strategy, you will engage and coordinate with a wide range of client stakeholders. 3. Lead advanced infrastructure and large-scale projects as a consultant to MNEs in the telecommunications sector, covering micro/containerized data centers, infrastructure, and space industry ground stations. Projects are based in Singapore as well as Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, and Africa. You may be required to remain in these countries for several months or even years to evaluate data center feasibility or oversee construction. Job Requirement 1. At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry 2. Either at least 3 years as Person-In-Charge / PrimaryPoint of Contact for M&A PMI work at a well-known consulting firm, or atleast 3 years at management level such as CEO, CFO, or CTO of an operating company - Experience with regional projects in emerging markets is anadvantage 3. At least 5 years of involvement, or participation in at least 5 projects, in advanced infrastructure or large-scale projects such asmicro/containerized data centers, infrastructure, or space industry groundstations 4. At least 3 years of experience as an IT software engineering the aerospace sector - Experience in launch control, satellite orbit calculation,or related software engineering is an advantage - Hands-on experience in personal data protection (PDPA orGDPR) is an advantage - Experience in mission operations, flight dynamics, or orbit determination is an advantage 5. Willing to undertake short business trips outside Singapore 6. Willing to be posted outside Singapore for medium-term (1year) to long-term (up to 5 years) assignments, depending on client requirements and project progress, as agreed with the employer 7. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
