Job Summary
Handle daily air freight and sea freight sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers to meet revenue targets. Coordinate with internal and external teams to support customer requirements and maintain accurate sales reports. Deliver professional customer service and work closely with the Outdoor Sales Team to develop new business opportunities.

Job Details
Handle daily air freight and sea freight sales enquiries through phone and email.
Prepare quotations, respond to customer requirements and follow up on outstanding sales enquiries.
Compile and maintain weekly and monthly sales data, reports and performance records.
Prepare and process debit and credit notes in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain effective communication with customers and coordinate with overseas colleagues and internal teams to support customer requirements.
Work towards achieving monthly sales KPIs and agreed revenue targets.
Work closely with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
Deliver professional, responsive and customer-focused service in all interactions.
