HR Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR operations within the construction industry. The role will work closely with employees and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR administration, compliance and continuous improvement of HR processes. Permanent opportunity with an established building and construction environment, offering a salary of up to $4,800/month.
Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum HR operations and day-to-day employee support
- Advise employees on HR policies and maintain accurate HR databases
- Support MOM-related surveys, HR compliance and process improvements
- Assist with HR projects, employee activities and ad-hoc initiatives
Required Skills
- Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience (construction industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and attention to detail

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum HR operations, including employee records, HR administration and day-to-day employee support
- Advise employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters in line with company guidelines
- Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel records and document filing systems
- Support MOM-related surveys and HR compliance requirements
- Review and improve HR processes, including developing SOPs and HR documentation
- Support HR projects, employee activities and other ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of HR operations, employee records and HR administration
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
