Job Summary

Job Details

Responsibilities: - Coordinate job placement activities for WSP and SCTP learners, including candidate matching, interview arrangements, onboarding and offboarding. - Build and maintain strong relationships with WSP and SCTP learners to support learner success and facilitate positive employment outcomes. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers and hiring partners to source placement opportunities and facilitate successful employment outcomes. - Update and maintain the employer and placement database to support effective job matching and placement tracking. Requirements: - A minimum of 2-3 years of Sales/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in an educational or adult learning setting. - Exceptional multitasking abilities and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines. - Resourceful and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills (written and spoken). - Working independently as well as collaboratively in a team. - Proficient in IT software (Excel, Powerpoint, Words, Outlook, MSTeams, Zoom). - Career coaching or advisory experience is preferred.
