Job Summary
A leading electronics manufacturing company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its manufacturing operations in Johor and drive business growth. The role involves overseeing PCBA, SMT, and Box Build manufacturing while ensuring full P&L responsibility and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in electronics manufacturing and be ready to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant operations with full P&L responsibility
- Oversee PCBA/SMT/Box Build manufacturing to meet targets
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years experience in electronics manufacturing
- Experience in PCBA, SMT, and Box Build operations
- Strong P&L management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall plant operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Oversee PCBA/SMT/Box Build manufacturing to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Develop manufacturing strategies and optimize productivity and resource utilization.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams while ensuring a safe and high-performing work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with recent hands-on exposure to PCBA, SMT and/or Box Build operations.
- Proven experience managing full P&L and leading large manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with multinational EMS companies are highly preferred.
- Open to candidates currently based in Singapore or overseas who are willing to relocate to Johor.
