We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to oversee production scheduling, material planning, and workflow coordination to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery. Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production, materials, and resources to meet delivery commitments.
- Ensure smooth material and logistics flow while resolving operational issues with relevant departments.
- Create and review machining process plans, including high-speed machining processes and surface coating requirements.
- Work closely with the production and engineering teams to improve cycle time and production yield.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor project deliverables.
- Purchase production components and coordinate machine maintenance schedules.
- Prepare production and purchasing reports for management.
- Monitor and control production and purchasing budgets.
- Support the Sales Coordinator on assigned projects.
- Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment, and operating procedures to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience in production planning within a manufacturing or precision machining environment.
- Knowledge of precision machining processes is an advantage.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
