Job Summary
This role requires a Japanese-speaking candidate to handle finance and administration duties within the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison with external accounting and corporate service providers, managing daily office operations, and supporting HR administration. Responsibilities

- Coordinate monthly closing and financial reporting
- Handle office administration, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Assist with HR administration and employee onboarding
- Support management with general executive duties
Required Skills
- At least 2 years of admin or finance support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Japanese language proficiency
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Singapore corporate compliance is a plus

Job Description:
- Serve as the primary liaison with external accounting, payroll, tax and corporate secretarial service providers.
- Prepare and submit supporting documents, invoices and accounting records required for bookkeeping, statutory filings and audits.
- Coordinate monthly closing, financial reporting and compliance matters with external service providers and headquarters.
- Process payments and maintain banking records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, legal advisors and regulatory authorities as required.
- Support budget monitoring, expense tracking and management reporting.
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, transportation and meeting logistics for employees and visitors.
- Manage office administration, procurement and vendor relationships.
- Maintain contracts, corporate records and document filing systems.
- Coordinate and communicate with overseas subsidiaries and group companies on administrative and operational matters.
- Support post-merger integration (PMI) activities and inter-company coordination within the Group.
- Assist in HR administration, including onboarding, work pass documentation and employee record management.
- Provide general administrative and executive support to management.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
■MUST
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, finance support, office management or related functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a small and growing organization.
■Nice to have
- Experience liaising with external accounting, payroll, tax or corporate secretarial service providers.
- Experience in supporting regional operations or coordinating with overseas subsidiaries and group companies.
- Experience in travel arrangements, office administration and HR administrative support.
- Knowledge of Singapore corporate compliance and Employment Pass-related procedures.
- Able to facilitate communication and coordination in Japanese language with the Japanese-speaking stakeholders, support expatriates, and assist in the preparation of reports and corporate documents.
