Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes
- Prepare monthly closing, financial statements and management reports timely and accurately
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure all bank reconciliations are being completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage actual and forecast cash flow
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualification (CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
