Lead Workday Systems Consultant

### Responsibilities - Lead finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives, including planning, delivery, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating operational and finance requirements into scalable system solutions. - Drive SAP-to-Workday Financials transformation activities, including process redesign, data migration, reconciliation, cutover, and compliance readiness. - Provide expertise across key finance functions such as OTC, P2P, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting. - Partner with finance, operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and business adoption. - Manage risks, dependencies, integrations, and data quality issues within complex transformation programs. - Support reporting, analytics, and process optimization initiatives to improve operational and financial performance. ### Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience leading ERP or finance transformation programs involving Workday Financials. - Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP-to-Workday migration projects. - Experience with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and finance process harmonization. - Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes and enterprise reporting. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries is an advantage.
