Details: · Location: Central Area- Near downtown/Marina Bay MRT · Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable/convertible based on performance) · Salary Range: $4,000 – $6,000 · Working Hours: Standard office hours, 5-day work week, 40 hours per week · Benefits: Entitled to 14 days Annual Leave, MOM-standard Medical and Hospitalization Leave, insurance coverage, and completion/performance bonuses About the Role Join a leading bank as a Trust Support Officer (Official title as Admin Officer), providing documentation, administrative, and secretarial support to trust managers within the Private Trust team. This role handles strictly confidential client and trust documentation and suits individuals who are detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable managing sensitive information in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Schedule meetings and appointments; handle incoming calls and respond to requests. - Physically retrieve, index, scan, and photocopy trust documents. - File documents and prepare meeting materials for trust managers. - Perform secretarial and general administrative duties, including updating records and replying to correspondence/emails. - Handle confidential client and trust information. - Support preparation of internal meeting materials that may contain sensitive, non-public client or decision-making information. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation-related queries. - Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements - 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in banking, trust, legal, or financial services administration. - High discretion and integrity in handling confidential documents and information. - Comfortable with physical document handling (filing, scanning, photocopying). - Willingness to undergo background checks and sign confidentiality/NDA agreements as required.
