Investment Asset Manager
Job Summary
This is a dual-function role within the CIO Office, providing integrated support across both Investments and Asset Management for living assets. The position involves evaluating opportunities across the investment lifecycle, supporting portfolio performance management, and conducting market research. Candidates will work on acquisitions, financial modeling, asset performance tracking, and capital expenditure initiatives.

Job Details
Investments
- Support evaluation and execution of acquisitions and divestments
- Build and maintain financial models for investment analysis and portfolio forecasting
- Conduct market research, financial analysis and due diligence (commercial, financial, tax, legal and technical) on potential transactions
- Assist in preparation of investment papers, board materials and approval documentation
- Support deal execution processes, including compliance requirements, and the creation and tracking of transaction budgets
Asset Management (Living Assets)
- Track, analyse, and report asset performance metrics, including occupancy, rents, operating costs, NPI margins and yields
- Work closely with third-party operators to optimise asset performance and drive value creation
- Support capital expenditure initiatives, including asset enhancement and development projects
- Undertake regular competitor benchmarking and performance reporting
- Prepare regular performance reports and updates for management
- Support annual budgeting and business planning processes, including forecasting, reforecasting and variance analysis
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in investments, real estate transactions, corporate finance, asset management and/ or capital markets
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Good understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies and investment concepts
