JOB ID:1602306 Key Responsibilities - Support and execute M&A and strategic advisory transactions from origination through to completion. - Assist in the preparation of financial models, company valuations, pitch books, information memorandums and client presentations. - Conduct company, industry and market research, including financial analysis and transaction due diligence. - Support all stages of transaction execution, including due diligence, data room management, transaction documentation and coordination with clients and advisors. - Work closely with senior bankers, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of transactions. - Assist with deal origination activities, including industry research, company analysis and preparation of marketing materials. - Support other corporate finance and strategic advisory assignments, including DCM/ECM-related projects where required. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline. - 3–4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance or Transaction Advisory. - Strong M&A transaction experience is preferred, particularly candidates who have been involved in deals from origination through execution and completion. - Strong knowledge of financial modelling, company valuation, accounting and corporate finance. - Hands-on experience with financial models, valuation analysis, pitch books and information memorandums. - Good understanding of the M&A transaction process, due diligence and deal execution. - Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transaction environment.
