Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their recruitment and talent requirements. - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand client partnerships and market presence. - Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and recommend suitable recruitment strategies. - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer coordination and successful placement. - Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals, social platforms and other relevant channels. - Research market trends, competitor activity and talent availability to identify new opportunities. - Develop clear job specifications and candidate profiles based on client requirements. - Conduct candidate searches, screening interviews and assessments to identify suitable talent. - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. - Coordinate closely with clients and candidates to ensure timely communication and smooth progression of recruitment processes. - Support offer discussions and negotiations while ensuring expectations are aligned between clients and candidates. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop creative approaches to recruitment challenges. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure job opportunities are effectively promoted across relevant talent platforms. - Continuously identify ways to improve sourcing, recruitment and business development strategies. What We’re Looking For - Minimum Diploma, Degree or GCE ‘A’ Level qualification. - Strong interest in recruitment, business development, sales or relationship management. - Confident communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, driven and comfortable working towards performance-based goals. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Resourceful and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. - Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a team. - Prior experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a related field will be advantageous.
