SAP Finance Analyst
Job Summary
As an SAP Finance Expert, the candidate will evaluate and recommend finance architectural solutions for the group. The role involves translating high-level business requirements into effective SAP finance solutions, focusing on Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Central Finance, and Group Reporting. You will act as a key advisor, leveraging your expertise to optimize business processes and lead complex implementation projects.

- Analyze business processes and perform root cause optimization
- Manage customer workshops and project scope expectations
- Lead and coordinate consulting teams for solution delivery
- Provide Backoffice support and train staff on modules
Required Skills
- Expertise in SAP FI/CO and Fiori Apps
- SAP S/4HANA Finance 1909+ Certification
- 5+ years SAP consulting (2+ years in Finance)
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology
- Strong leadership and executive communication skills
Job Details
Key Accountabilities:
- SAP consulting experience including customer facing implementations, roll outs & expert advisory assignments in S/4HANA environment.
- Independently work as an expert in the financials domain.
- Lead a team of consultants and underwrite solution delivery without escalations.
- Participate in customer workshops and manage scope and customer expectations.
- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.
- Participate in internal projects and Backoffice/de-escalation support activities.
- Train new employees about commodity management modules.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Finance Best Practices, configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO).
- Expertise in Fiori Apps.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance 1909 or higher.
- Hands-on experience in at least 3 areas: FSCM (Credit/Collections/Disputes), Treasury, Cash Management, FICA, Advanced Product Costing, Advanced Profitability, Financial Consolidation/Reporting, Central Finance, or IFRS 15/16.
- Working knowledge of Group Reporting, SAC Planning, Receivables Management, and Document Reporting and Compliance.
- Deep understanding of AR, AP, GL, AA, IO, CCA, and integration with SD, MM, PP, and Inventory Management.
Education and Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management or Business Administration.
- More than 5 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 2 years in Finance.
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations using SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking skills, and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
