Finance Operations Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract to handle third-party payments, monthly audit schedules, and staff claims processing. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Accounting with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with internal controls, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting finance process improvements.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Process third-party payments accurately and ensure timely accounting of transactions.
- Prepare monthly audit schedules and journal entries for month-end closing.
- Manage monthly staff claims processing.
- Ensure financial transactions are properly accounted for and comply with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounting, payment and audit matters.
- Support finance process improvements, system enhancements and other projects.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure timely resolution of finance-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of finance operations/accounting experience, preferably within a financial institution or MNC.
- Good knowledge of accounting processes and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and liaise with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of insurance products, fund accounting and Oracle would be advantageous.
