Operations Manager

Responsibilities: - Overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. - Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system. - Creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels. - Lead, develop, improve and attain a high level of customer service satisfaction. - Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers. - Ensure operation standards are adhered to by all norms. - Responsibly review daily transactions and prevent any irregularity. - Monitor and maintain compliance of all company policies and procedures to make sound business decisions. - Manage budget, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase profitability. - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Manage complaints cases whenever necessary. - Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required. Requirements: - Diploma and above in Business Management or equivalent. - Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision. - Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. - Results-orientated with strong understanding of day to day operations processes. - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. - Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. - Energetic and self-motivated individuals highly preferred. - Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. - Bilingual in both Chinese and English as required to communicate with customers.
