Job Summary
This HR Executive role focuses on learning and development as well as full spectrum HR and administrative functions, with a particular emphasis on managing foreign construction workers. Responsibilities include coordinating mandatory training, administering benefits, processing payroll, and managing work passes. The ideal candidate should have relevant HR experience in the construction industry and strong knowledge of MOM regulations.

Job Description:
Full Spectrum HR and administrative functions, with focus on managing foreign construction workers
Register, renew and coordinate workers' Coretrade, CSOC and other mandatory training and certification courses
Administer benefits such as leave applications, medical benefits (PCP), and respond to HR-related enquiries;
Manage insurance renewals and process Work Injury Compensation (WIC) and medical insurance claims when required;
Maintain accurate employee records, and ensure proper filing systems, and support efficient office administration;
Process payroll accurately and timely, including the computation of wages for daily-rated workers;
Coordinate the onboarding and repatriation of Work Permit holders;
Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and company policies;
Perform HR and administrative duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field;
Familiarity with CoreTrade, CSOC, PCP, WIC, and other industry-related requirements
Relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction industry;
Strong knowledge of MOM work pass processes and payroll administration is an advantage;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration role
