Job Summary The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing professional beauty advice, delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling beauty products and treatment packages, and building long-term customer relationships. The Beauty Consultant plays a key role in achieving individual and outlet sales targets while maintaining the Company's high standards of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Consultation & Service - Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Conduct customer consultations to understand individual skincare, beauty, and wellness needs. - Recommend suitable skincare products, beauty treatments, and wellness solutions based on customers' concerns and preferences. - Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage. - Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and referrals. - Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. 2. Sales & Business Development - Achieve individual monthly sales targets for retail products, beauty treatments, and memberships. - Promote and sell skincare products, beauty treatment packages, and promotional offers. - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximise sales opportunities. - Follow up with existing customers regarding appointments, package renewals, and new promotions. - Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. 3. Retail Operations - Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and attractively presented. - Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the Supervisor or Outlet Manager. - Assist with stock replenishment and periodic stock counts. - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the consultation and retail areas. - Ensure promotional materials and displays are updated according to Company campaigns. 4. Appointment Coordination - Assist customers with booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments. - Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth customer flow and timely service. - Follow up on missed appointments and customer enquiries. 5. Product Knowledge & Professional Development - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, beauty treatments, and industry trends. - Attend Company training sessions, product launches, and sales meetings. - Continuously improve sales techniques and customer service skills. 6. Compliance - Comply with Company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workplace regulations. - Maintain confidentiality of customer and Company information. - Uphold professional grooming and personal hygiene standards. - Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements - Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. - Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail, or customer service is preferred. - Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. - Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
