We are seeking a Talents Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and attract quality candidates for IT, Banking, and Corporate positions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be target-driven, and possess a passion for building a successful career in talent acquisition. Experience in recruitment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for IT, Banking, and Corporate positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
- Utilize job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to both hiring manager and candidates.
- Achieve individual recruitment KPIs and contribute to team performance.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, resilient, and target-driven.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about recruitment and building a successful career in talent acquisition.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency specializing in IT, Banking, or Corporate hiring, is an advantage.
